In strategy games, the game forces the player to be flexible and quickly change tactics.



Though it is refreshing and helps to relieve tension but on the flip side researches suggests that teenagers who play violent video games are more like resort to cheating, exhibit extreme aggression and have reduced control over his own self. The negative impacts of gaming also include addiction and depression. Games can also confuse reality and fantasy. Too much video game playing makes a kid socially isolated. Academic achievement may be negatively related to over-all time spent playing video games.
